You can cancel your order easily by calling our helpline, sending a WhatsApp message, or emailing us before dispatch. We will refund the amount to your ‘My Wallet’ account. If you prefer, we can also process the refund to your credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods. In this case, the bank will handle the refund, and Krazy Cub won’t have control over the process.
If we detect any suspicious or fraudulent transactions, or if a transaction violates our terms and conditions, Krazy Cub will cancel the order at its sole discretion. We will keep a record of such fraudulent transactions and customers. We may deny access to the Website or cancel orders from these customers.

- If the product is damaged or broken, you must provide an opening video clearly showing the defect. This proof should be visible and demonstrate the issue..
- For damaged or defective products, we offer an exchange or store credit.
Once we receive the original product at our facility and it passes our quality inspection, we will proceed to ship the replacement product.
For a return to be valid, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging with intact tags. It should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unassembled, and in its original state without any scratches or dents.
